You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided
when registering by updating your personal details so that we can communicate with

Intellectual Property
4.1.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text,
graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of the
Company or its licensors and are protected by Malaysian and international copyright,
trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights
laws.

We do not own any pre-existing intellectual property owned by you (an example of
which may be your company logo). However, you agree to provide us with a perpetual,
non-transferable, royalty free licence to use your intellectual property in the products
and services we provide (or make available) to you. If you withdraw this licence, we
may be unable to provide certain products and services to you.
Unless we explicitly allow it, you may only use the materials and content on our
websites and apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. All copyright and
proprietary notices must remain intact. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify,
copy, distribute, or use any of the materials or content on our websites and apps for
non-personal or commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission from
us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content
without our prior written consent.

User-Generated Content
5.1.
The Platform may allow you to submit or upload content, including job postings,
resumes, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any
intellectual property rights that you hold in the User Content.

By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display,
and perform the User Content in connection with the operation of the Platform and our
business.

You warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual
property rights or any other rights, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims
arising from your User Content.
You are prohibited from using our Platform for the following purposes:
(a) Distributing any material that is unlawful, illegally discriminatory, harassing,
defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise
objectionable, or that violates any laws;
